03.10.2019 - Valday r/station, 02.15 (for train from Moscow; from Saint Petersburg you may have stop over at Bologoye r/st.)
03.10.2019 - Uglovka r/station, 10.00 (for trains from Moscow/Saint Petersburg)
Transfer back after the Conference:
05.10.2019 - to Bologoye r/st., 17.30 (for trains to Saint Petersburg)
06.10.2019 -Valday r/station, 00.30 (for train to Moscow; you may get Saint Petersburg using this option if having stop over at Bologoye r/st.)

double rooms - costs are about 1000 rub per night per person;
gym hall - free of charge (shared bathroom; you need to bring your sleeping bag and mat - the last could be possibly provided upon request).

We will provide tea and coffee for coffee-breaks. As SCGIS is volunteering conference of community, we very appreciate when people bring something for coffee-breaks. Then, it makes the coffee-breaks diversity and consolidate
